Members of DEvA benefiting from cooperative and group action with learning that enhances the total output of the activity itself improving what it could be done individually. It teach how to care for others, for individual differences, develop skills such as: communication skills, understanding of cultural, religion differences, capacity to integrate others opinions and values. Moreover who often participate to DEvA group activities can develop a generic knowledge and socially acceptable attitudes to generate conforming standards of behavior and judgement as a “group mind”. In other words a very close-knit group could act and think in the respect of each individuality, ages and genders as a single unit.
